Julie - Acupuncturist
Julie Lynch, L.Ac. is a licensed acupuncturist specializing in musculoskeletal health, pain relief, and injury recovery. With more than 20 years of experience as a massage therapist prior to earning her Master’s degree in Acupuncture from Northwestern Health Sciences University (cum laude), Julie brings a highly trained, hands-on perspective to every treatment.
Her background in bodywork gives her a refined understanding of muscular tension, fascial restriction, posture, and ergonomic stress patterns. She looks beyond the site of pain to assess how daily habits, work environments, repetitive strain, past injuries, and movement imbalances contribute to dysfunction. This comprehensive approach allows her to treat both acute injuries and long-standing chronic pain effectively.
By integrating therapeutic manual techniques with precise acupuncture, Julie supports tissue healing, reduces inflammation, restores mobility, and helps the body return to efficient, balanced movement. She works with individuals recovering from sports injuries, workplace strain, motor vehicle accidents, surgical recovery, and the accumulated wear and tear of everyday life.
Julie’s treatments are personalized and function-focused—designed not just to relieve symptoms, but to strengthen and support the musculoskeletal system for long-term resilience and performance.
Nationally certified by the NCCAOM and licensed in Minnesota and Wisconsin, Julie has practiced since 2013 in hospital-based programs, community clinics, and private practice settings. Her approach is grounded, practical, and centered on helping patients move through life with less pain and greater ease.
